If you purchased or otherwise acquired shares of Alphabet Class A and/or Class C stock during the period of September 15, 2020 through January 23, 2023, both dates inclusive, you may be a Class Member in this lawsuit.

Please note that Class Members who choose to remain a member of the Class are not required to take any action in response to the Notice other than to retain their documentation reflecting their transactions and holdings in Alphabet Class A and/or Class C stock.

Your Legal Rights and Options in This Lawsuit

Remain a Class Member and Do Nothing	If you are a member of the Class, you do not need to take any action. If you do nothing, you will remain a Class Member. You will be bound by the lawsuit and may be eligible to participate in the benefits if there is a recovery.
Request Exclusion from the Class by September 16, 2026	If you wish to be excluded from the Class, you must submit a written request for exclusion postmarked by September 16, 2026. Your request for exclusion must comply with the instructions in FAQ 7.
