Nominees

If you are a broker or other nominee who held any Alphabet Class A and/or Class C shares purchased or acquired during the period of September 15, 2020 through January 23, 2023, both dates inclusive, as nominee for a beneficial owner, you must within 10 calendar days of being contacted by the Notice Administrator:

  1. Provide a list of the names and last known addresses of all such beneficial owners to the Notice Administrator; or
  2. Request from the Notice Administrator sufficient copies of the Postcard Notice to forward to all such beneficial owners, and mail those Postcard Notices yourself within 10 calendar days after receiving them. You must provide the Notice Administrator confirmation of the date that the Postcard Notices are sent.

If you are providing a list of names and last known addresses to the Notice Administrator:

  1. Compile a list of names and last known addresses of the beneficial owners described above.
  2. Prepare the list in Microsoft Excel format using the template for submitting mailings data here. Failure to use this template may delay the submission of the mailing data.
  3. Then you must do one of the following:

    1. Log into EpiqFiling to submit the completed template; or
    2. Email the completed spreadsheet to info@AlphabetSecuritiesLitigation.com.

If you are requesting copies of the Postcard Notice to forward to beneficial owners yourself:

Copies of the Postcard Notice may be requested via email to info@AlphabetSecuritiesLitigation.com. If you are providing the Postcard Notice to beneficial owners, the mailing must be completed within 10 calendar days of your receipt of the Postcard Notices from the Notice Administrator. Failure to timely forward the Postcard Notice to beneficial owners may affect their legal rights. You must provide the Notice Administrator confirmation of the date that the Postcard Notices are sent.

Expense Reimbursement:

You are entitled to reimbursement of your reasonable expenses actually incurred in connection with the foregoing (including reimbursement of postage expense and the cost of ascertaining the names and addresses of beneficial owners), provided you timely submit an invoice to the Notice Administrator. Please submit a copy of your invoice to the Notice Administrator within one month of completing the mailing or providing the list of names and addresses. Send it to securitiesinfo@epiqglobal.com. Be sure to include the case name and “Reimbursement” in the subject line of your email.
